GREGORY PORTER’S “NAT KING COLE & ME” ALBUM RECEIVES TWO GRAMMY NOMINATIONS

Already a 2-time GRAMMY-winner having won the Best Jazz Vocal Album award for his previous Blue Note albums Liquid Spirit and Take Me To The Alley, Gregory Porter’s latest release Nat King Cole & Me has earned two more nominations for the 61st Annual GRAMMY Awards. The loving tribute to Porter’s life-long idol is nominated for Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album, and 6-time GRAMMY-winner Vince Mendoza has also received a nomination for Best Arrangement, Instruments and Vocals for his arrangement of “Mona Lisa” from the album.

The 61st Annual GRAMMY Awards ceremony takes place Sunday February 10, 2019 live from Staples Center in Los Angeles, CA. The show will broadcast live on the CBS Television Network at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT.
